• Federal maps will likely limit Virginia's Rural Health Transformation Fund (wvtf.org) — Goochland is among several Virginia localities left off federal rural maps, which could block it from accessing money in the state's $190 million Rural Health Transformation Fund. State officials are pushing Washington to adopt updated maps so communities like Goochland, Rockingham, and Augusta can still qualify, but all funds must be allocated by the end of October, adding pressure to resolve the issue quickly.
