As the Easter holiday approaches, families can join various egg hunts, a colorful Easter run, Easter brunch and more.
MOUNT VERNON, VA — Easter is coming, and that means it's time for children to get outdoors and hunt for eggs and meet the Easter Bunny.
There are various egg hunts planned around greater Alexandria in 2023. One of these events is the popular Lee-Fendall House Easter Egg Hunt. Children will hunt for eggs in the Lee-Fendall garden and also enjoy crafts, games and an Easter Bunny visit. This event tends to sell out, so get your tickets early.
Another option is Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church's Colorful Easter Run, which involves color being thrown onto participants. There will also be Easter bags with Easter eggs for children.
