Man Exposes Himself To Minors On Richmond Highway: Police
Police believe two indecent exposure cases are related.
HYBLA VALLEY, VA — Fairfax County Police are looking into two indecent exposures that may be related in the Richmond Highway area.
The first incident happened around 2:55 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13. Police say the suspect exposed himself to a juvenile in the 7600 block of Richmond Highway in Hybla Valley.
The second case occurred at 11:55 a.m. in the 8700 block of Richmond Highway in Mount Vernon. This time, he exposed himself to two juveniles.

The suspect fled after both incidents. He was described as a Hispanic man in his 40s with short black hair.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY: 9600 block of Ferry Harbour Court, 10/12/19, 12:26 a.m. A man entered a home and left without taking anything. He was described as a white man in his 40s, heavy set, 5’08”, wearing suit pants and a shirt.
DISCHARGE OF FIREARM IN A RESIDENCE/RESISTING ARREST: 8700 block of Lukens Lane, 10/13/19, 2:15 p.m. Neighbors called police after hearing numerous gunshots coming from a nearby home. Officers found a man who was shooting at a tree from inside of his house. Officers went to arrest him and he briefly resisted. Jose Velasquez Reyes, 41, of Alexandria, was charged with discharging a firearm within a residence, reckless handling of a firearm and resisting arrest.
BURGLARY: 5800 block of Berkshire Court, 10/14/19, 4:40 p.m. Someone broke into a home during the daytime and stole personal property.
BURGLARY/DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: 5800 block of Wyomissing Court, 10/14/19, 3:51 p.m. Someone broke into a home during the daytime, damaged property and stole personal items.
