DNA Clears Murder Suspect, Lawyer Says: Report
A man accused of murdering a Loudoun County mother and her adult son could be exonerated by DNA evidence, his lawyer claims according to a report. Brian Welsh, 38, faces two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of Mala Manwani, 65, and her son Rishi, 32. Welsh's attorney claims that DNA found on the wallet on Rishi Manwani's chest does not belong to his client.

Man Sought For Trying To Run Down Woman: Police
Authorities are looking for a man who police say tried to run down a woman in his vehicle Sunday in the 2500 block of Caton Hill Road. Ronald Martin, 52, of no fixed address, is wanted for attempted malicious wounding.
Fruit Recall Linked To This One Virginia Grocery Store
Only one store in Virginia has been linked to this week's recall of pre-cut melons, according to the Food and Drug Administration. Other retail locations may be added to the list, according to the new update.
