Missing Mount Vernon Teen Last Seen Snapchatting Unknown Man
Her twin sister has been distraught and barely able to get out of bed, according to the missing girl's mother.

MOUNT VERNON, VA—It's been over a week since a Mount Vernon teen went missing, and her family continues to believe she did not run away on her own account. But police believe she may have left on her own. She has been entered as a runaway juvenile in the National Crime Information Center database.
Jholie Moussa, 16, was last seen Friday, Jan. 12 in the 4200 block of Sonia Court. WUSA reports her twin sister Zhane saw Jholie leaving while snapchatting with an unknown man, WUSA reports. Their mother Syreeta Hill says the twin sister has barely been able to get out of bed and go to school since Jholie went missing.
The FBI has joined the investigation as police continue their search. Authorities have found no signs of her so far. FBI agents found nothing in Norfolk, where Jholie told her twin she was going for a party. Hill said Jholie left without a change of clothes or phone charger.
