Woman Found Dead In Mount Vernon Hospital Parking Lot Leads To Arrests
An anonymous tip led police to charge four people in connection with a woman found dead in the Inova Mount Vernon Hospital parking lot.

HYBLA VALLEY, VA — An anonymous tip led Fairfax County Police to charge four people in connection with a woman found dead in the Inova Mount Vernon Hospital parking lot.
Police received a report of an unconscious woman in a vehicle on April 13 in the hospital parking lot at 8033 Holland Road. Officers and fire personnel found the woman in the passenger seat, and she was declared dead at the scene.
She was identified as Brenda Ochoa Guerrero, 33, of Alexandria. An autopsy determined she died of an upper body gunshot wound.

Police say Ochoa Guerrero died at a home in the 2500 block of Fairhaven Avenue in Huntington. Detectives continue to investigate what led to her death.

Detectives' investigation found surveillance footage of two men who drove the vehicle to the hospital parking lot and two people in an SUV who picked the other two people up.

An anonymous tip led detectives to identify David Littlefield, 43, of Alexandria, and Eric Thompson, 36, of Alexandria, as the people who drove Ochoa Guerrero's vehicle to the hospital parking lot with her inside, police say. The two people who picked the other two suspects up in the hospital parking lot were identified as Eric Rubio, 35, of Alexandria, and Yuris Pineda Gallegos, 29, of Maryland.
Officers arrested Littlefield, Rubio and Thompson, and Gallegos turned herself in at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. All four suspects were charged with felony concealment of a dead body. Rubio and Littlefield remain held without bond.
