• Federal judge throws out 2024 asset sale by Nexus Services (rocktownnow.com) — A federal judge in Harrisonburg has voided a 2024 asset sale by Nexus Services, ruling it violated an earlier judgment restricting transfer of customer information and collection rights. The decision also lifts civil contempt findings against several company principals in the long-running consumer protection case.
