• Homeowners' contractual claims sent to arbitration (valawyersweekly.com) — A federal judge in Harrisonburg has ruled that homeowners suing over a Tesla Solar Roof must send their contractual claims to arbitration in West Virginia, enforcing a mandatory forum-selection clause. The court also refused to send the case back to state court and dismissed a claim under Virginia's Home Solicitation Sales Act for lack of specific solicitation allegations.
