Herndon Man Arrested for Burglary
He's charged with theft at Chantilly business, say Fairfax County police.
A Herndon man is facing burglary charges after being arrested Saturday in Chantilly, the Fairfax County police said.
Aaron Powers, 32, was charged with attempting to burglarize a business in the 4100 block of Walney Road, according to a police report. He was additionally charged with destruction of property and possession of burglarious tools.

The police report did not state whether Powers was taken to jail or the date of his next court hearing.
