The Wizard of Oz

Farmwell Station Middle School is proud to present its 2014 Musical, The Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum and book adaptation by John Kane.  Based on the film, the story follows a young Kansas farm girl, Dorothy and her little dog, Toto.

Trying to escape a horrible tornado, Dorothy hits her head and wakes up in the magical Land of Oz  There she meets new friends like the Scarecrow, the Tinman, and the Cowardly Lion.  Together, they follow the yellow brick road to meet the Wizard, who will help make all their dreams come true and help Dorothy and Toto find their way back home.  But before this group of friends reaches their happy ending, they must first obtain the broomstick of the Wicked Witch of the West.

All of the beloved songs from the 1939 film are featured in the show!  We hope you will join us as we take you on a wonderful journey through the Land of Oz!

Tickets are $10 for adults; $5 for students/children.
