16-Year-Old Sexually Assaulted For Months by Man in Manassas: Police
Teen assaulted numerous times between June and October, according to Prince William County Police.
MANASSAS, VA — A Fairfax man was arrested last Friday and charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old male for several months at a residence, according to Prince William County Police.
James Isahia West, 27, of the 5600 block of Hope Road, was charged with two counts of taking indecent liberties with children.
On Oct. 18, police opened an investigation after the victim said he had been assaulted by West, an acquaintance, on more than one occasion between June and October of this year.
