Man Assaulted While Taking out Trash in Woodbridge: Police
The 48-year-old man, of Manassas, was pushed to the ground from behind and believed he had a gun at his back.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A Manassas man taking out his trash early Monday night was ambushed from behind, pushed to the ground, had what felt to be a gun pressed to his back and ordered to fork over money in the 14100 block of Cuddy Loop, according to Prince William County Police.
The victim, 48, had no money and the unknown suspect, after yelling to who apparently was an unseen cohort, then fled.
No injuries were were reported and no property was taken.

The victim was unable to describe the suspects, who weren't located despite the efforts of a police K-9 unit.
