Fatal Stabbing In Warrenton Leads To Charges For Manassas Man, Brother: Report (patch.com) — A Manassas resident, Jerome Cochuran-Daniels, and his brother from Williamsburg face charges related to a fatal stabbing in Warrenton, including concealing a body and obstructing an investigation. Authorities say the victim, Donnette Yvette Gunn, was found with stab wounds in a pickup truck, and both brothers were arrested at or near the scene. Neither brother currently faces murder or malicious wounding charges, and court hearings are set for November 4.

The agreement stops any board investigation into Brescia's conduct while ending her legal challenge, leaving both sides claiming different interpretations and voters to weigh the unresolved accusations during an already active school board race.
