Restaurant Stabbing Suspect Arrested in Manassas: Police
He had been identified a day earlier in the incident late last month at La Isla that left victim with non-life-threatening injuries.

MANASSAS, VA — A Manassas man identified a day earlier as the suspect in a restaurant stabbing late last month turned himself in Wednesday, according to Prince William County Police.
Edwin Alexander Cuellar-Perez, 29, of the 9700 block of Damascus Drive, was charged with aggravated malicious wounding.
Shortly after 10 p.m. on Sept. 25, police responded to a stabbing report at the La Isla restaurant at 8699 Parkland Street. The victim, a 29-year-old Centreville man, told police he had been stabbed in the lower body by an unknown person, who then fled the restaurant on foot.

The victim tried to chase him but had to stop because of his wound. He wound up being flown to an area hospital with injuries not life-threatening.
