Suspects In Manassas Burglary Caught After Crashing Into Fence
The three burglary suspects were charged with abduction, burglary, and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony, police said.
MANASSAS, VA — Three armed burglars entered a home in the Manassas area early Monday morning and then fled with items stolen from the house, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Police officers later caught the suspects, including a 17-year-old, each of whom was charged with abduction, burglary, and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony.
Just after 1 a.m. Monday, police officers went to the 7800 block of Rebel Walk Drive to investigate a burglary. The three suspects, all wearing masks, allegedly entered the residence and brandished firearms at the victims, two women and two men. While inside the home, the suspects allegedly prevented the victims from leaving or contacting the police, according to the police.
The suspects fled in a vehicle with property taken from the home before the Prince William County police officers arrived, the police said. None of the people inside the home reported any injuries.

Police officers saw a vehicle matching the description provided traveling on Nokesville Road. When officers attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver allegedly disregarded the emergency equipment and turned onto Piper Lane.
A short time later, the vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a fence. A police K-9 and the Fairfax County police helicopter responded to search the area for the suspects, who were all located and taken into custody.

Shoes, handbags, an undisclosed amount of money, a handgun and marijuana were recovered by the police officers.
Along with the charges against the 17-year-old male from New York City, Nassir Divine Alston, 21, of Peekskill, New York and Jose Alberto Pabellon Jr., 18, of New York City, were arrested.
Both adults are being held in jail without bond. Their court dates are Nov. 12. The juvenile is being held at the county's juvenile detention center. His court date is pending.
