• Bluebird Care Mobility LLC DBA Bluebird Medical Transport Services (virginia.gov) — Manassas Park residents could soon have a new non-emergency medical transport option, as Bluebird Medical Transport seeks state approval to operate here and in nearby cities and counties. Anyone who might be affected can file a written protest with Virginia DMV by the September 8, 2026 postmark deadline, following the detailed instructions provided in the notice.
