Shea Holman Kilian, J.D., is an Assistant Professor of Legal Studies at George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government and Faculty Director of the Jurisprudence Learning Community (JPLC). Professor Holman will discuss gender equity and workplace rights, with a particular focus on sexual harassment prevention, employment discrimination, civil rights, and creating safer and more equitable workplaces. She will provide an overview of her work examing how laws, organizational policies, and institutional practices can be used to prevent workplace harassment and discrimination and to strengthen protections for employees. Her discussion will center on workplace culture, employee protections, and organizational accountability.
