Drain Flies Found: McLean Restaurant Violations

One McLean restaurant had drain flies found during July inspections. See which other restaurant pass or fail inspections.

MCLEAN, VA — Fairfax County regularly conducts health inspections for local restaurants. The frequency of inspections on the type of food served and how it is prepared.

“In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations,” states the Virginia Department of Health’s website.

Here are some of the violations from recent inspections in the last weeks of July. Among the violations were drain flies found at La Sandia at Tysons Corner Center. The restaurant is following with a pest control service. Also included are restaurants with no violations.
