Fire Breaks Out At McLean Building
Firefighters responded to a fire in the basement of a McLean building.
Fairfax County Fire and Rescue crews responded to a fire in a McLean commercial area Thursday morning.
Units arrived at the 6700 block of Lowell Avenue to find smoke coming from the basement. The firefighters located a small blaze and extinguished it. An extension of the fire was soon found and extinguished.
There was no word on the cause of the fire. No injuries were reported.
