Man Pleads Guilty To Filming In Fairfax County Dressing Rooms
The four charges relate to four victims who reported being filmed. Police believe he filmed over 60 victims in all.

A man believed to have filmed over 60 female victims in Fairfax County dressing rooms has pleaded guilty to unlawful filming.
Mumtaz Rauf, 39, of Alexandria was charged with four counts of unlawful filming when police identified four victims. He had been arrested on Christmas Eve after a victim saw a device filming her in a Fair Oaks Mall dressing room.
Fairfax County Police searched his devices and found over 100 videos filmed in fitting rooms, believed to mostly be located in Fairfax County. After police set up a hotline, two more female adult victims and a female juvenile victim came forward about being filmed in December 2018.

Police did not identify many of the 60 or more victims believed to be filmed. Rauf may have filmed victims at the Forever 21, Gap, H&M and Old Navy stores between Dec. 15 and 24 at Fair Lakes Promenade, Fair Oaks Mall, Springfield Town Center and Tysons Corner Center.
According to NBC4, Rauf's sentencing will happen on Sept. 13.
