McLean Farmers Market Reopens For 2019 Season This Week

McLean residents can get fresh items from 16 vendors at this year's farmers market.

MCLEAN, VA—With the weather warming up, we're all ready to head outdoors to pick out local produce from our farmers markets. The wait is over for patrons of the McLean Farmers Market as it returns Friday, May 3.

The farmers market is held each Friday through Nov. 15 from 8 a.m.-noon at Lewinsville Park, 1659 Chain Bridge Road. It will be closed on May 17 for McLean Day setup.

The McLean Farmers Market is one of 10 farmers markets operated under the Fairfax County Park Authority. The markets are strictly producer-only, meaning vendors items are raised on their farms or made from scratch. All vendors come from a 125 mile radius of Fairfax County.

Pets are not permitted at farmers markets with the exception of service animals.
