New Kingston At McLean Crossing Apartments Open

The two-tower apartment development has leased nearly half of its units.

Real estate company LCOR recently held its grand opening for Kingston at McLean Crossing, a new luxury apartment community near the McLean Metro. The 319-unit, two-tower building offers one- two and three-bedroom apartments.

To date, it has leased 44 percent of its units, according to LCOR. Among the amenities at the Kingston are a two-story Skybridge, rooftop garden, kids play room, pet spa, private dining room, pool and golf simulator.

"We have something for everybody," says property manager Claudia Cortez. "While the pool deck is interactive and social, the rooftop allows for a more intimate ambiance."

Like other Tysons developments under construction or recently completed, location is key. The apartment building sits two blocks from the McLean Metro and is close to businesses like The MITRE Corporation and Northrop Grumman.

"Being inside the Beltway is critical for us," says Peter Pollak, a regional property manager for LCOR. "Because Kingston is next to Route 123, as opposed to Route 7, we have more of a neighborhood setting than other multi-family properties in the general area."
