Roderick Logan Achieves Accredited Buyer Representation Designation

MORRISTOWN, N.J. (Jan. 20, 2016) — Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Roderick Logan, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Morristown, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABRâ) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORSâ (NAR).

To obtain the ABRâ designation, Logan successfully completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience. The sales associates who attend these courses are qualified to educate buyers about their rights as consumers, negotiate on their behalf, and protect the buyer client’s interests.
