Shuttered Movie Theater In Tysons To Reopen Under New Owner: Report
Although the ShowPlace Icon Theatre in The Boro showed its last movie on Sunday night, a new owner has already signed a deal to reopen it.

TYSONS, VA — After opening to fanfare four years ago, the ShowPlace Icon Theatre at The Boro in Tysons has closed its doors, according to reports. But a new owner will soon be stepping in to reopen it under a new banner.
Look Dine-in Cinemas, which operates a theater in Reston Town Center, has signed a deal with The Meridian Group, which developed The Boro, to take over the 1,795-seat theatre, a source told the Washington Business Journal.
Although ShowPlace Icon showed its last movie on Sunday night, Look put up a new sign at the theater located at 1667 Silver Hill Drive.
