Trespasser At CIA Headquarters Takes Plea Agreement
The woman accused of making unauthorized visits to the CIA reportedly asked for "Agent Penis."

MCLEAN, VA — A woman accused of trespassing at CIA headquarters in Langley and asking for "Agent Penis" took a plea agreement in Eastern District Court of Virginia and will be released from jail.
A criminal complaint alleged Jennifer G. Hernandez, 58, of North Carolina trespassed on several occasions in spring 2019. On one of those occasions, she allegedly asked to speak to "Agent Penis."
A judge revealed during a November hearing that Hernandez later visited former President Barack Obama's home in the DC region, according to WTOP. U.S. Secret Service charged her with unlawful entry in December, but that federal case was sealed.

WTOP reported that Hernandez pleaded guilty during her Feb. 4 hearing. She was sentenced to time served for an Oct. 19, 2019 trespassing at the CIA, and two other counts were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
The judge warned Hernandez to avoid the CIA and other government facilities and to show up to other hearings. She faces other hearings in DC federal court related to the trespassing at the Obama house and U.S. Secret Service unlawful entry charge.
