MCLEAN, VA — A Tysons landowner is seeking to change an already approved mixed-use building at Arbor Row to a hotel, condos and retail, according to news reports.

On Tuesday, an affiliate of Four Points LLC filed a request with Fairfax County to change the conceptual and final development plan for a 1.7-acre property it owns at 7901 Westpark Drive, according to the Washington Business Journal.

Four Points wants to build a 285,000-square-foot, 28-story building with 225 hotel rooms, according to WBJ. The building would include 32 luxury residential condos and 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, along with an underground parking garage.
