Urbanspace At Tysons Galleria Faces Lawsuit: Report
District Equities, the firm that filed the lawsuit, helped Urbanspace find businesses to fill the food hall.

TYSONS, VA — Urbanspace, which opened a food hall at Tysons Galleria, is facing a lawsuit over an agreement that helped it find participating businesses.
BisNow first reported the lawsuit, filed by District Equities in the U.S. Eastern District Court of Virginia. According to the complaint, Urbanspace ended the agreement with District Equities after using the latter's business connections and other expertise to find businesses for the food hall. Urbanspace did not make a comment to BisNow.
Urbanspace opened last December to replace Isabella Eatery, Mike Isabella's multi-concept food hall that closed in summer 2018.
