Fairfax County, in partnership with Cox, invites the public to attend a free program - titled "Embracing Our Youth, Our Heritage and Celebrating All Cultures" - in celebration of Black History Month. This year's program will include a keynote speech by Vice Admiral David L. Brewer, III (retired) and performances by local choirs, dance troupes, and a step team.
