Fill-in the FAFSA Clinic

"Mount Vernon High School will be hosting a Fill-in the FAFSA Clinic on Saturday, February 5th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Cooke Computer Lab.  To complete the FAFSA, please bring: SSN of parents and student (permanent resident number), date of birth of parents and student, W-2 forms or other wage statements, current statements for checking, savings and other asset accounts, investment records, including 529 plans of other prepaid college plans, 2010 tax return if completed- or you can estimate with your 2009 tax return, alien registration cared (if not a U.S. citizen), military families: LES (student and/or parents) for any month in 2010, Personal Identification Number (PIN) one for student and one for parent Register for a PIN at www.pin.ed.gov, driver’s license number if you have one."
