Fill In the FAFSA Clinic



Mount Vernon High School will be hosting a Fill-in the FAFSA Clinic on Tuesday, January 24th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for seniors and their parents.  If you would like to receive one-on-one assistance in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), this workshop is for you.  If this date is not good, please see Ms. Jones for a list of locations and dates.

To complete the FAFSA, please bring:

Social security number for parents and student (or permanent resident number)
Date of Birth of parents and student
W-2 forms or other wage statements
Current statements for checking, savings and other asset accounts
Investment records, including 529 plans of other prepaid college plans
2011 tax return if completed - or you can estimate with your 2010 tax return
Alien registration card (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
Military Families: LES (student and/or parents) for any month in 2011
PIN (Personal Identification Number) one for student and one for parent. Register for a PIN at: www.pin.ed.gov
Driver's license number if you have one
