George Washington's Rye Whiskey On Sale

George Washington’s home, Mount Vernon, will have the limited edition George Washington Rye Whiskey available for sale on April 14 at 10 a.m.  This is a limited edition rye whiskey made at George Washington’s reconstructed distillery – 600 bottles are available for sale. Each 375 ml bottle retails for $95; purchases are restricted to two bottles per person. The whiskey will be available for sale in person only at the Distillery & Gristmill site gift shop and The Shops at Mount Vernon. The whiskey sale hours are:  Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
