Mount Vernon At Home and Paul Spring Retirement Community invite you to a lecture on Cardiac Health, presented by Lynne Weir, Program Coordinator for Inova Mt Vernon Cardiac Rehabilitation. The overview will include the basics of heart disease and the supports services that are available in the community.
