Mount Vernon High School presents School House Rock–LIVE this December. Tuck some education into your holiday plans!
In the story, brand new teacher Tom Mizer has second thoughts about his career choice. Then out of his big-screen TV appear 14 of his alter egos, who boost his confidence as they revisit the iconic Saturday morning songs of School House Rock. By the time we meet “Bill,” “Suffer 'till Suffrage,” and link up at “Conjunction Junction,” teacher Tom is ready to lead his class.
The show opens Friday, Dec. 9 at 7:30 pm. Additional dates are Saturday, Dec. 10 at 3pm; Friday, Dec. 16 at 7:30pm, and Saturday Dec. 17 at both 2pm and 7 pm. Come to the MVHS Little Theater, located at Entrance 4, across from the football field. Tickets will be sold at the door: $5 for children 10 and under, $7 for students, and $10 for adults.
