The Fairfax Circuit Court, which is the largest trial court in Virginia, serves both Fairfax County and Fairfax City residents.
The initiative under Falcon’s leadership, in collaboration with Fairfax County, first launched in May 2024. Initial services were provided at the Cathy Hudgins Community Center at Southgate in Reston. That program was paused in late 2025 due to remodeling at the center.
