MOB ASSAULT: Machen Road at Saint Germain Drive, 4/30/21, 2:44 p.m. An officer observed a man being assault by two men. The officer immediately intervened and the two men attempted to run away. The officer was able to stop one of the men and Jacinto Chavez Chavez, 21, no fixed address, was charged with assault by mob and drunk in public. The victim suffered injuries not considered life threatening.
MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION
ARMED ROBBERY: 7500 block of Republic Court, 5/4/20, 7:00 p.m. The victim arranged to purchase headphones from a known associate. Four men met the victim, displayed a gun then assaulted him and took money. The victim suffered injuries not considered life threatening.
ATTEMPTED COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 8448 Leesburg Pike (Safford Alfa Romeo of Tysons Corner), 5/2/21, 11:50 p.m. Someone damaged an entryway to the building. Nothing appeared to be taken.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION
COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 11120 South Lakes Drive (Safeway), 5/2/21, 10:20 p.m. A man entered the store, damaged a secured high-end liquor cabinet and stole property. An employee confronted the man and was subsequently assaulted. The man implied he had a firearm then left with the property.
ROBBERY: 1100 block of Saint Trinians Court, 5/5/21, 6:53 p.m. Three to four men assaulted the victim and took personal property. The victim suffered injuries that were not considered life threatening.
ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: 7700 block of Gunston Plaza, 5/1/21, 5:13 p.m. The victim was walking when a black car stopped next to him, a man exited the car and tried to take the victim’s property. The victim was able to retain his property and the suspect drove away.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 7016 Commerce Street (Metro PCS), 5/4/21, 12:51 a.m. Someone forced entry into the business. Nothing appeared to be taken.
WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
ASSAULT/TRESPASSING/ASSAULT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER: 7500 block of Little River Turnpike, 5/1/21, 12:06 a.m. A woman entered an apartment and assaulted the homeowner. Officers found Kassandra Iriarte, 25, of Annandale, in the hallway who continued her aggression toward the victim. Three officers tried to take her into custody and she assaulted them. Iriarte was charged with simple assault, three counts of assault on a law enforcement officer, trespassing, and disorderly conduct.
