Friends of Sherwood Library Bookstore hours this week

The bookstore will be open regular hours on Wednesday, 1-4 PM, and Sunday, 1-3 PM. Items from the ongoing booksale in the first floor hallway and the second floor open lobby are available for purchase whenever the library is open. The library is located at 2501 Sherwood Hall Lane, Alexandria, 22306.

The special price table this week features a beautiful selection of art books, including “Van Gogh’s Van Goghs,” “Kathe Kollwitz,” and “The Green Vault in Dresden.”

In our classics section you’ll find 15 volumes of Charles Dickens’ works, from Odhams Press, printed in London.

Did you know our inventory is donated by members of the community? Our bookstore and support of the library depend on your generosity. The bookstore always appreciates donations in all categories, both fiction and nonfiction, in resalable condition. Please, no magazines or encyclopedias. Receipts are available for tax purposes.
