Friends of Sherwood Library Bookstore hours this week
This week bookstore features multi-disc DVD sets, along with many other genres.
The Friends of Sherwood Library bookstore is open this week on Wednesday from 1 – 4 PM and Sunday, 1 – 3 PM. The library is located at 2501 Sherwood Hall Lane, Alexandria, 22306.
Featured this week are multi-disc DVD sets of television shows – for example, “The Office,” “The Wire,” “Friends.”
We continue to offer old vinyl records at 50 cents each; a like-new 54-volume set of Great Books; and a vast selection of children’s and young adult books, many in gift-quality condition.

A recent influx of history and biography books has allowed us to update all holdings on our history shelves. We’ve added a separate section of “memoirs” from every-day people.
The bookstore always appreciates donations in all categories, both fiction and nonfiction, in resalable condition. Please, no magazines or encyclopedias. Receipts are available for tax purposes.
