Friends of Sherwood Library Bookstore offers bargains and like-new books

This week the Friends of Sherwood Library bookstore is open Wednesday, 1 – 4 PM and Sunday, 1-3 PM. The library is located at 2501 Sherwood Hall Lane, Alexandria, 22309.

We have received a generous donation of like-new “House and Home” books, which we’ve added to our regular stock. In addition, we’ve re-stocked with recent donations in history, biography, religion, medicine, business, and self-help categories.

Did you know our inventory is donated by members of the community? We greatly appreciate donations of kids’ games and puzzles, good quality books and electronic media in resalable condition. We currently are in special need of audio books and CDs; please no magazines or encyclopedias. Receipts available for tax purposes.
