Mount Vernon Police Blotter: Week of October 4

During the week of October 4, Fairfax County police officers from the Mount Vernon substation responded to 29 reported incidents in our area. Out of these incidents, 12 were noise violations, two were reported burglaries, and five were reported larcenies.

Here's the detailed timeline of last week's police activity. Keep in mind that these are reported incidents. A crime did not necessarily occur:
