Police Blotter: Attempted Robbery on Buckman Road

The following arrest information was supplied by the Fairfax County police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Attempted Robbery:

Three men attempted to rob a 22-year-old man in the 3600 block of Buckman Road around 1:11 a.m. on September 19. One of the suspects displayed a weapon. The suspects were described as black. Two of them were between 15 and 20 years old, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 120 pounds. The third suspect was about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds. The victim was not injured.

8200 block of Martha Street - purse stolen from residence

8200 block of Richmond Highway - ink cartridges stolen from business

7200 block of Saul Road - purse stolen from vehicle

Seven Woods Dr. and Fielding St. - radio stolen from vehicle

7900 block of Silverada Place - baby seat stolen from vehicle

4400 block of Wyres Street - bicycle stolen from residence

Vehicle Thefts:

No vehicle thefts in 22309 have been reported.
