Police Charge Man, 71, with Alleged Abduction/Sex Offense
Incident took place Friday afternoon on Lockheed Boulevard.
Fairfax County Police have charged a 71-year-old man with Abduction and Sex Offense, according to the daily police report.
Nirmal Barua, 71, is alleged to have inappropriately touched a woman Friday and held her against her will. the incident was reported Friday at 5:01 p.m. in the 3700 block of Lockheed Boulevard.
The victim did not require rescue. Barua was arrested and charged with abduction by force, assault, and forgery of public records.
