Police: Man Exposed Himself Sunday to Mom and Daughter, 6, on Buckman Road

Fairfax County Police reported this week that they have arrested a Mount Vernon-area resident, Clayton Vozniak, 56, as a suspect in an indecent exposure case.

Police say that a woman reported to police that Vozniak, 56, exposed himself to her and her 6-year-old daughter at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday on the 4000 block of Buckman Street in the Mount Vernon area.

Police arrested Vozniak for the alleged activity, charging him with indecent exposure and simulated masturbation.

Virginia law states: "Every person who intentionally makes an obscene display or exposure of his person, or the private parts thereof, in any public place, or in any place where others are present, or procures another to so expose himself, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. No person shall be deemed to be in violation of this section for breastfeeding a child in any public place or any place where others are present."
