Ribbon-Cutting for Jeff Todd Way Set for Aug. 25
The road will officially open on Monday, Aug. 18.

A ribbon-cutting is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 25 for Jeff Todd Way. The road will officially open to traffic on Monday, Aug. 18.
The connector road stretches from Richmond Highway to Telegraph Road. The road will be called “Jeff Todd Way” from Richmond Highway to Pole Road, and from Pole Road to Telegraph Road the road will be called “Mulligan Road.”
On the other side of Richmond Highway, Mount Vernon Memorial Highway (formerly known as Old Mill Road) will be straightened out to line up with Jeff Todd Way at the intersection.

Grading on the segment between Pole Road and Telegraph Road is complete with curbing and paving under way. Ground clearing for Jeff Todd Way began in May 2012.
On Dec. 18, 2013 a ceremony was held to dedicate “Jeff Todd Way” in memory of the longtime business and community leader.

The road is scheduled to open on Monday, Aug. 18, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for Monday, Aug. 25 at 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Jeff Todd Way and Pole Road.
