Sherwood Library bookstore open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday this week!

Hours for the Sherwood Library bookstore this week are Wednesday, 1-4 PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM, and Sunday, 1-3 PM. The library is located at 2501 Sherwood Hall Lane, Alexandria, 22309.

We have recently received dozens of DVDs and VHS tapes inventory, as well as many like new children's books and many beautiful over-sized coffee table books.

Saturday, October 22nd, the bookstore will be open from 10AM-2PM, during the library's first ever Maker Fun Day! We will also be at the Walt Whitman Middle School handing out free transportation themed books to kids at the Touch-A- Truck fundraiser sponsored by the Fort Hunt Pre-School.

Did you know our inventory is donated by members of the community? Our sale and support of the library depend on your generosity. Please help us spread the word. Donations always needed and greatly appreciated, please no magazines or encyclopedias. Receipts available for tax purposes.
