Stratford Landing Elementary Rocks the Rock 'n Run!
local elementary school raises funds for technology, field trips, STEAM activities and learning
Stratford Landing Elementary’ PTA is hosting the fifth annual Rock N Run on Friday, October 13. More than 1,000 students, teachers and parents will participate in the event to raise funds for the school. “Our event is run entirely by volunteers and 100% goes back to the school to make technology purchases, for staff development, books, instruments, field trips and classroom needs. With county budget cuts, we depend more and more on pulling the community together to support our school and thanks to our sponsors, all Rock N Run expenses are paid for,” said Meredith Romley, Rock N Run Chair.
