This storefront was previously occupied by TT&A Travel Agency in the Pear Tree Village shopping center, which also includes , a and more. The Best Western is close by, as is the Rent-a-Wreck.

The shopping center is on Route 1 just north of where Mount Vernon Memorial Highway intersects with Richmond Highway.

County officials and local business organizations are not aware of any plans for the site. Calls to the leasing agents were not returned.
