The Sherwood Regional Library bookstore will be open as usual on Wednesday from 1 – 4 PM, Saturday from 1 – 4 PM, and Sunday, February 23, from 1- 3 PM. Sherwood Regional Library is located at 2501 Sherwood Hall Lane, Alexandria, 22306.

Even when the bookstore itself is closed, items from the ongoing book sale in the first floor hallway and in the second floor open lobby are available for purchase whenever the library is open. The second floor lobby has a rotating selection of, for example, cookbooks, DVDs, special children’s books, and popular authors; these collections are on separate carts and shelves for easy browsing.

This week new additions to the special price table include “Harry Potter and International Relations”; the new J.D. Robb novel “Golden in Death”; a lovely hardcover Spanish language edition of “Don Quijote de la Mancha”; and volume one of “The Annotated Dickens.”
