This Week Sherwood Library Friends' Bookstore Open Wed. and Sunday
Bookstore offers high quality used books, most under $2, in children's and adult categories, both fiction and non fiction.
This week the Friends of Sherwood Library bookstore is open Wednesday, 1 – 4 PM and Sunday, 1-3 PM. The library is located at 2501 Sherwood Hall Lane, Alexandria, 22309.
A big thank you to everyone who helped make our Back to School sale a resounding success. Enthusiastic parents, teachers, and of course kids came for bargains and great books. The Bookstore sold over 5,000 items during the week.
New stock now includes recent donations in history, biography, religion, medicine, business, and self-help categories.

Did you know our inventory is donated by members of the community? We greatly appreciate donations of kids’ games and puzzles, good quality books and electronic media in resalable condition. We currently are in special need of audio books and CDs; please no magazines or encyclopedias. Receipts available for tax purposes.
