Temperatures will be in the 40s during the day but should reach the 50s as the New Year's Eve parties begin.

Things will look up as warmer temperatures and partly sunny skies arrive for New Year's Day. Temperatures will warm up overnight, reaching the high 50s or 60 on Jan. 1, 2019. Winds will remain strong with gusts up to 23 mph.
