If you have not already applied to vote using an absentee ballot in the Nov. 3 election and wish to do so, you can complete the absentee ballot application form that was enclosed in the mailer. The mailing address on the return envelope you received is incorrect. If you wish to return a completed absentee ballot application, mark through the Roanoke County address and bar code on the return envelope, write in the Roanoke City address (noted below) and return the application. You may also return the application in person at 317 Kimball Ave. NE, Roanoke, VA 24016.
